I’m impatient with my own body and athletic development. Who isn’t? But we are talking about me right now, so let me have this little pity party.
It’s day 13 of my 60 day Whole 30 Challenge, and I really do feel great. That being said, I seem to remember feeling a lot lighter the first time I tackled this challenge. Still, this time around I am doing the burpee challenge too, so I’m still pretty hopeful.
The Whole 30 Challenge has been much easier this time around, but some things are tough. Today at work the boss bought everyone pizza, and I politely declined. I ate an old avocado instead. I, for sure, did not walk around telling everyone with pizza in their mouths that I hoped it would all go to their hips..break out in pepperoni size pimples…and that they were horrible people inside and out. I, for sure, didn’t do that.
I pouted outside while I sobbed inside, but here we are 5 hours later and I don’t feel sick or bloated. That’s worth something, friends.
